The General Division forms the main fundraising arm
of the United Israel Appeal. The General Division is divided into sub-divisions
such as North Shore, Business and Professional, Health Professionals, Yachad,
Ben Tobias, Spirit of Israel and Major Donor's Division.
UIA arrange Boardroom Lunches several times a year, for General, Women's and
Young Leadership Divisions. We arrange for Special Guests, either international
or local, to address these forums which include a presentation, followed by
a question and answer
session.
Our community fundraising campaign is held annually from 1 Feburuary to 31 May. We hold phone campaigns after our functions during this period and again in November of each year.
